Apartment Ema is located near the old city of Porec and about 800m from the nearest beach. Shop and restaurants are only few minutes away. The houseowner lives on the first floor and there is a parking in the yard for 2 cars.
Apartment for 2-4 persons is located on the ground floor of a family house and has been built in year 2012.  It has a surface area of 55m2 and consists of a living room with pull-out couch for 2 people, nice covered terrace with sitting set, one double bedroom bathroom with shower/toilet. The bathroom contains a washing machine and a hairdryer.

Appena arrivati all'appartamento ci siamo resi conto che il nostro soggiorno sarebbe stato bello. La casa era come nella descrizione e nelle foto. Pulita, in ordine, con tutto il necessario. Cenare sul terrazzo, in mezzo al verde, al silenzio e sul tardi al fresco, non ha prezzo. Danjela e suo marito sono stati dei super host: disponibili, gentili, presenti per qualsiasi necessità/informazioni. Grazie a loro abbiamo scoperto spiagge uniche e ristoranti top. Ci hanno anche fatto assaggiare i prodotti del loro orto: buonissimi. Vorremmo ringraziarli pubblicamente e se ci sarà l'occasione, tornare a soggiornare da loro. Source: Airbnb

Das Apartment befindet sich in herrlicher, ruhiger Lage mit idyllischem, südlichem Flair - abseits vom Massentourismus und dennoch so zentral gelegen, dass man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß die wunderschöne Altstadt von Porec und den Strand erreichen kann. Die Vermieter befinden sich im Haus, sind sehr freundlich und bemüht um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste, herzlich und diskret. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vorm Haus in angenehmer Schattenlage. Die Ausstattung im Apartment selbst ist ein Wahnsinn! Neben einer vollsändig eingerichteten Küche mit Inductionsherd, Backrohr, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kochgeschirr, Besteck, Schüsseln, Gläser aller Art und und und gibt es auch einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach - perfekt für eine Familie, die nicht täglich essen gehen möchte. Es ist modern und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit riesigem Flatscreen im Wohnzimmer und Wlan. Der gemütliche Essbereich in der Küche und der große, wunderschöne Balkon mit der Möglichkeit draußen zu essen, lassen keine Wünsche offen - sodass ein wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub garantiert ist!
