Apartment for 6 persons with a beautiful view of the sea, located in the very center of Porec, only 200m from the beach and with 3 bedrooms.

The holiday apartment Old City is located directly in Porec old town. It is located by the sea, and the nearest beach is only 200m awayIt has been partly renovated  and the owner lives ond the 2nd floor. Parking is availaible for free on the main city parking place approximately 500 meters away. This apartment can accomodate up to 6 persons and is located on the 1st floor with a surface area of 65m2. There is a furnished kitchen with dining table and  exit to the terrace with garden furniture, two double bedrooms, a single room and a bathroom with shower/toilet. From the sleeping rooms there is a wonderful seaview. Air condition and wireless internet are available and free of charge.

Es ist eine super Ferienwohnung. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und hat uns den Aufenthalt bequem gemacht. Die Wohnung ist direkt in Porec und man hat einen wunderschönen Meerblick aus den Schlafräumen. Die Terasse bietet eine tolle Möglichkeit um draußen zu essen. Es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren immer hilfsbereit und haben sich auch informiert ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Das einzige was nicht so gut war, ist das der Parkplatz auf dem das Auto steht nicht direkt bei der Unterkunft ist. Wir haben Einkäufe mit dem Bollerwagen getätigt. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt neben an. Es war ein schöner Urlaub in einer sauberen und ordentlichen Wohnung. Fußläufig gibt es mehrere Badestrände, ca. 20 Minuten entfernt befindet sich ein toller Sandstrand ideal mit Kindern. Source: Airbnb

Very nice Apartment. Clean. Good beds. Outdoor terrace spacious and sunny from early morning to late afternoon. Just a little noice from the bar downstairs, but never until late. We loved the white cat that came and visited us from one of the adjacent buildings. I recommend strongly Source: Airbnb

Die Wohnung war großartig, toller Altbau, Zimmer mit Blick direkt aufs Meer und mit Terrasse! Die Vermieter ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man bekam jederzeit Auskunft. Das Appartement liegt am Rande der Altstadt. 3 Minuten Fußweg bis ins Zentrum. Porec ist eine sehr lebhafte Stadt mit Herz. Der einzige Punkt, den man erwähnen sollte: da das Appartement direkt an der Promenade liegt, strömen viele Menschen direkt vorbei, was es gerade in der Nacht etwas laut macht. Da es eine Klimaanlage im Appartment gibt, kann man aber die Schlafzimmerfenster und Fensterläden schließen - somit ist dieses Kleine Problem auch zu lösen! Wir würden es wieder buchen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr heimisch gefühlt. Wunderschöne Terrasse mit schönen Pflanzen zum Entspannen. Aus allen drei Zimmern einen bezaubernden Ausblick aufs Meer mit täglichem Sonnenuntergang. Die Vermieter waren super lieb und sehr hilfsbereit. Jeder Zeit wieder. Source: E-domizil
