While selecting the details of your desired accommodation, please choose as follows: the destination, the length of stay and the number of persons . By clicking on the „search“ button the system will offer you a list of all the available accommodation based on your requirements. In every offer you will get the following information:

• The name of the accommodation
• The category
• The type of accommodation
• The destination
• The price per accommodation for the requested length of stay.

By clicking on “details” you'll get more detailed information about the selected offer.
If you decide to reserve a specific accommodation, click on RESERVE. For the further course of the reservation, please follow the instructions of our online booking system and fill in all mandatory fields.

By confirming your acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions, you conclude a contract with  ISTRA LINE VILLAS d.o.o., and the reservation becomes binding
If you decide to book this offer, or to check its availability, please click on “book now” which will start our online-booking procedure. To complete the booking, please follow the instructions of the online-booking system and fill in all the requested data.
Before booking, please read carefully our Terms and Conditions. By accepting our Terms and Conditions you are entering into a contract with ISTRA LINE VILLAS d.o.o., and the booking becomes binding.

Confirmation of the reservation

After you have completed your booking, it will be registered in our booking system and you will be sent an e-mail Offer/Confirmation of the reservation with a booking number. This confirmation includes all your personal data you've filled in and the information about the reserved accommodation: reserved period, price, ev. surcharges, amount of the breakage deposit as well as the bank details of ISTRA LINE VILLAS d.o.o. ,we kindly ask you to print this confirmation and to retain it. In case of any queries, we kindly ask you to quote your booking number by telephone or e-mail when making your enquiry.

Travel documentation
After you have made the booking, and paid the invoice (at least three weeks prior to the arrival day), you will receive per e-mail the travel documentation which consists of: the voucher and check-in address . In the event of a late booking (less than 29 days prior to arrival), the travel documents will be sent to you immediately after the payment of the full amount has been received. In the event that you have not received the travel documents one day before the beginning of the holiday, please call us on the following telephone number: +385 52 427062 to let us know and we will promptly send you the travel documents per e-mail.

Payment of an online reservation

You can pay your reservation at ISTRA LINE VILLAS d.o.o. by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). In case you’ve chosen to pay by credit card, dependently of the period between the date when you’ve made the booking and the date of your arrival, your credit card will be charged with 30% of the full amount (that’s in case if the booking has been made 30 or more days before the arrival), or with 100% of the amount (in case the booking has been made 29 or less day before the arrival). In case in the moment you’ve booked your credit card has been charged with the deposit of 30%, 30 days before the day of your arrival you’ll receive a reminding e-mail with a link for the payment of the balance of the booking (70%). You’ll just need to click on the link and it’ll redirect you to the web page with a form for a secure credit card payment.

Reservation by telephone

In case you would like to make a reservation per telephone, all you have to do is to call our customer service at +385 52 427 062 . To make a reservation you'll be requested the following data: name, surname, address, telephone number (land/mobile), number of persons (kids), e-mail address and of course the chosen accommodation. The data you've given to us will be stored in our clients-database and will be used according to our Privacy policy. After the reservation has been concluded, it will be registered in our reservation system and you'll receive an automatically generated e-mail booking confirmation/offer. Once you've received the confirmation you're kindly asked to make the payment of the advance of 30% within 5 days from the day you've received the booking confirmation, and the balance
