Apartment Mara Premium is  situated in a newly built residential building in the very centre of Porec and only 50-100 m nearby are the fresh market, ATM, restaurant, cafes and other facilities. The next beach is less than 10 minutes’ walk away.  The high level of equipment with luxurious furniture and high-class windows ensure a quiet and comfortable holiday. The house has an elevator and  included in the price is also a parking space in the garage and place for bike storage.

Appartamento comodo, pulito, funzionale e corrispondente alla descrizioni. Inoltre la sua posizione è buona perché in un attimo, a piedi, si raggiunge il centro storico, il mercato cittadino aperto tutte le mattine, e le spiagge splendide dei dintorni. Praticamente non abbiamo mai usato la macchina che è rimasta nel parcheggio sotterraneo dello stabile, molto comodo anche quello. Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zur Altstadt. Zum Strand muss man jedoch fahren oder etwas weiter laufen. Wohnung ist sehr schön.

Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral am Anfang der Altstadt von Porec gelegen. Man schaut zwar direkt auf einen großen Parkplatz, was aber nicht weiter stört, da die Vorteile, zentrale Lage und Nähe zum Strand, bei weitem überwiegen. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst freundlich und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Weiterer Vorteil ist der Tiefgaragenplatz und der im Haus vorhandene Aufzug. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.
