Apartments Sabina are located in a quiet area, only 15 minutes walking from Porec old city and from the nearest  beach. Restaurant and shops are about 500m away. There is an extraordinary garden with a barbecue and spacious table at disposal for the guests of all apartments. The owner lives on the first floor and parking place is in the front of the house.

Апартаменты находятся рядом с сосновым парком, ночью очень тихо. До моря до хорошего пляжа минут 9. Пешком можно дойти на супермаркета за 10 минут. Кровати были удобные, кухня в отличном состоянии. Мне не хватало только москитных сеток, комаров вечером становится много, а кондиционер есть только в гостиной. И пол в душе имеет слабый наклон, поэтому иногда вода вытекает за его пределы. Geräumige,blitzsaubere Wohnung alles neuester Standard,auch in der Küche alles,was man braucht.Sehr ruhiges Wohngebiet, vom großen Balkon schaut man in ein Pinienwäldchen.Mit Fahrrädern ist man in 5 Min in der Altstadt.Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Gastgeberpaar.Essen gehen besser in den Konobas im Umland z.B. in Flengi Spanferkel vom Rost oder in der Motuvuner Gegend leckerste Trüffelgerichte. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, alles ist vorhanden und die Vermieter sind stets da, wenn man sie oder etwas braucht. Für mich persönlich besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass wir sehr gut schlafen konnten. Die Matratzen sind super und es ist nachts ruhig. Im Wohnraum gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die bei offener Tür auch das Schlafzimmer kühlt. Zum Stadtrand sind es ca 10 min. zu Fuß. Zum Strand ist es doch weiter.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich auch ca in 10 Minuten Laufweite. Parken vor dem Haus ist möglich. In der Stadt gibt es kaum kostenfreie Parkplätze, die Preise sind aus unserer Sicht aber nicht überzogen.Toll ist auch, dass es einen 4 Platten Herd mit Backofen gibt. Source: Airbnb
