House Manja for 4 persons with a beautiful garden located in a quiet part of Porec, just a few minutes from the sea.

Holiday house Manja is located in the residential area of Porec, Mali Maj, ony 600 m from Materada beach and 2,5 km from the town center. It has a closed yard of 400m2 in which childreen can play in complete safety. There is a private parking place in the yard and barbecue is available. The houseowner lives only on weekend near by.
The house for 2-4 persons, with a surface area of 45m2 consist of: living area with kitchen, and dining table, satelite tv, double bedroom, a room with 2 separate beds and shower/toilet. There is a nice covered terrace with garden furniture. Air condition is available and included in the price.

Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Das Häuschen ist toll und gepflegt, ebenso wie der Garten. Das einzige was man wissen sollte wie ich finde ist, dass die Vermieter teilweise mit auf dem Grundstück sind und der Hund dann Zugang zu deren Räume und Terrasse hat. Source: Atraveo by E-domizil

Ein echtes kleines Schmuckstück. Sehr sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist etwas klein und das Bad könnte doe eine oder andere Renovierung brauchen. Aber dafür entschädigt die grosse Terrasse mit sehr gepflegtenm Garten. Das Gelände ist eingezäumt, sodass unser Hund frei laufen konnte. Der Strand ist nur 1,1 km entfernt.
