Casa Lampadina is a completely renovated Istrian stone terraced house located in Vizinada. With a view of Motovun and the green interior of Istria, only a 20-minute drive from Porec. The tourist resort Lanterna is located 17 km away with its beautiful and well-maintained pebble and rocky beaches. There are several wine and olive oil roads in the vicinity of the house, as well also famous wineries. The house has a fenced garden with a 32 m² pool, sun loungers, a covered terrace with a dining table for outdoor dining, a barbecue, and private parking for 2 vehicles.
Casa Lampadina for 4-6 persons, with a total living area of 100 m2, has 2 fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a fireplace, living room with a sofa bed and access to the garden and pool. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed with high ceiling, an open gallery with an additional double bed and a skylight (the highest part of the gallery is 1.5m), also bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor of the house with a separate entrance there is a second bedroom with twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower/toilet.
