Holiday house Morena is a semi-detached holiday house with a pool located in the village Butori, near Tinjan which is located only 15km from Porec and its beaches. The house is situated on its own property of 3800 m2 with well maintained lawn, where the guests have a private parking for 2 cars, private pool of 28 m2 with sun loungers, covered terrace with kitchen, dining table and barbeque on their disposal. There are also a table tennis and badminton place.
The owner lives on the same property but with separate entrance to the yard.
The house can acommodate 10-12 people and consists of three separate units with total living area of 160m2 situated on two floors. There is a apartment for 4-5 persons in the ground floor with spacious air-conditioned living space with kitchen, dining and living room, two bedrooms with a double beds and a bathroom with a shower/toilet. One separate bedroom with double bed and private shower toilet is on the ground floor too.
The other apartment for 4-5 persons is located on the first floor and consist of a living space with kitcheen and dinning table, two bedrooms with double beds and bathroom with a shower/toilet and washing machine.
All units are air conditioned and with wireless internet connection.
